Razer viper ultimate won't turn on

I got my Razer Viper Ultimate two months ago, and in these days, for no reason it stops working and I can’t use it neither with the USB cable or wireless. However, if I don’t use it for 1 day it works again, and this happens all the time. Does someone know what the problem is? I try to charge it but it doesn’t work.

there could be an issue with the battery in your mouse. If you're having trouble charging it, this could be the root cause of the problem. It may be worth trying to charge the mouse using a different USB cable or charger to see if that resolves the issue. Additionally, if your mouse has a removable battery, you may want to try replacing it with a new one to see if that helps.

It sounds like there may be an issue with the Razer Viper Ultimate's battery or charging circuitry. If the mouse works fine for a day after being left idle, it suggests that the battery may not be holding a charge properly or there could be a problem with the charging circuitry.

Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Reset the mouse: There may be a software glitch that is causing the mouse to stop working. To reset the mouse, turn it off, then hold down the left and right mouse buttons and the scroll wheel button for 10 seconds. Release the buttons and turn the mouse back on to see if the issue is resolved.

Check the battery: Make sure the battery is properly inserted and charged. Try connecting the mouse to a different USB port or charger to see if it charges.

Update drivers and firmware: Check for any available updates to the mouse's drivers and firmware. You can download them from the Razer website or by using Razer Synapse software.

this totally fixed my problem thanks so much!!!

Resetting the mouse actually worked for me, second I turned it back on my problem was solved
