Hello!!
I previously purchased a Razer Viper V2 Pro, and it has always worked perfectly. However, the other day I connected the charging cable (I normally use it wirelessly), and when I later tried to switch back to wireless mode by plugging in the USB dongle, it no longer works. There is no connection or syncing at all.
I believe the dongle might need a firmware update, but when I plug it into my PC, it is not recognized at all—so I can’t update it.
Is this something you can help with? Would it be possible to bring the mouse and all accessories in for inspection or support?

But the issue seems to lie with the USB dongle itself—it doesn’t respond in any way when plugged into the PC. I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a replacement? Anyone else with a similar issue?
