I’ve had this issue multiple times.
The controllers home button no longer works, I plug it in and it doesn’t turn on unless I hold it for an extensive amount of time. After holding it for more than 30 seconds it starts vibrating faintly until I let go. It then flashes green and white, then turns off just for the same pattern to repeat itself. If I do get it to work while plugged in, again, the home button doesn’t work. I unplug it and it immediately turns off. I’ve looked everywhere for a solution and all I see is support ending with a personal pm for a warranty check. Is there any solution to this or is razers only fix to buy a new controller.
