Razer Wolverine V3 won't charge when Xbox is off

Hello there

I recently bought a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro for my Xbox Series X. Its a very nice controller, however, I noticed it won't charge when its connected with USB to the Xbox and the Xbox is turned off. This is a bit strange to me since this works with all normal wireless Xbox controllers (and also Scuf Instinct, for example). And this is how I usually charge my controllers, just plug them in overnight while the console is off. It would be quite tedious to find another charging solution so i am hoping to find a fix on this. Thank you
