I have a Razer X Basilisk it was working fine for 2 years but recently while playing it randomly shuts down and disconnects. I have tried changing batteries, removing and reinserting the dongle, switching off and on the mouse. But, it comes back to life only when it wants to. It usually takes 1-2 minutes before reconnecting again. I would appreciate any solution that would fix this i really like the mouse as it fits my palm perfectly.

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other troubleshooting steps.
