So I recently bought a v2 pro (2023) and the mic isn’t working and I’m having trouble connecting it to synapse and the Bluetooth goes in and out and sometimes I just can’t hear audio. I bought a new pc this past weekend and so far I’ve had all these issues. My old pc was on windows 10 and I never had issues with the headset on there. But ever since I got this pc (windows11) it’s just been hell with this headset. I’ve sent messages to razor and all of that. I’ve also downloaded the drivers and even erased all the headset drivers and still nothing is working. If anyone has a fix or anything I’d greatly appreciate it.

Do you have mic enabled (button on the headset) - F button.

If it’s pressed, then MIC is muted, if enabled, there’s a visible green line on the button.

I understand that you are having issues with your Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023), specifically the mic not working, trouble connecting to Synapse, Bluetooth cutting in and out, and sometimes no audio at all.

Could you please confirm if these issues occur whether Razer Synapse is running in the background or not? Please provide your device’s serial number so I can check its details.
