Razor Blade 15" Advanced (RZ09-0301) Intel wifi / bluetooth / video driver issues | Razer Insider

Hello everyone,

recently I bought a second hand Razor laptop running on Windows Home (64bit). None of the original hardware has been changed by me. Everything seems to work just fine except my Intel drivers.

GRAPHIC: Though my Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver shows no issues on the device manager I sometimes happen to experience short black screens when I am in or exit certain programs as well as my menu bar happens to flicker through the picture from time to time while I am in game or streaming on full screen. Does anyone have an idea why this happens and how to get rid of the issue?

WIFI / BLUETOOTH: Since I last booted my laptop the Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 driver won't start anymore showing a warning symbol in the device menu (code 10). Additionally the bluetooth device won't respond at all and its Windows interface button suddenly disappeared. Flight mode can not be actived anymore.

I tried to uninstall and delete the Intel drivers and all its corresponding software to make a clean reinstallation with the Razor firmware drivers:  https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3683/~/razer-blade-15%E2%80%9D-advanced-%282019%29-%7C-rz09-0301x-support-%26-faqs

But the issue continues... I am not even able to delete the Intel Wifi driver because as soon as I deinstalled it and search for hardware changes in my device manager, it automatically reinstalls the corrupted driver showing the code 10 warning again and again.

I read this issues occured to other users before. Is there any way to fix this yet? Please help!

Best regards
