RE-REGISTER A PRODUCT

Hi. Actually i deleted my account because i couldn't login on 7.1 surround software even though i did change the password. So i decide to the delete that account and recreate new account.

But when i tried to re-register the product, it said serial number is unknown.

So what's the problem? or the serial number can't be used anymore ?
