I get an error when I try to redeem an Xbox code that I bought on Razer Gold.
By changing the location of my Microsoft account to US I was able to add the voucher to my account but it won't let me redeem it. I don't live in US.
Changing the account region alone isn’t always enough. Xbox services often check your IP address or billing address. Use a VPN set to the code’s region to match your physical location temporarily. Update your billing information in your Microsoft account to match the region of the code (e.g., a U.S. address for a U.S.-region code). Be cautious when using VPNs with billing, as this could lead to account issues.
