Unfortunately my second Man-o-war headphones broke in half while I was wearing them (first pair did too), but I was able to repair it with some epoxy!

I’m new to epoxy and it shows, but at least I was able to repair these ones and not have to buy another!

Nice fix! Epoxy can actually work wonders for headphone repairs when applied carefully especially on cracks or broken bands like the Man-o-war’s. It bonds well with most plastics and gives back enough strength to keep them usable. Even if the finish isn’t perfect, it’s still way better than tossing them out and buying a new pair.

If you ever try another repair, you can reinforce the joint by lightly sanding before applying the epoxy and using a small clamp or tape to hold it steady while curing. That helps the epoxy flooring cost per square foot settle evenly and adds durability. Either way, good save keeping gear alive instead of replacing it is always a win!
