Right arrow key doesn't work unless holding down the fn key?

Hey guys!

So i was cleaning my keybaord and noticed that my right arrow -> key didnt work. The switch is lit up, nothing seems broke.. and I noticed it now ONLY works when I hold down the function button and use it??

Anyone know how to make it "work" like normal again?

    Can you disable your Synapse by following the steps from this link and check if the issue cotinues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the key input issue.
