Rixty money converted to EXPIRING Pins

I logged into my rixty account and it forced me to convert it to Razer.

OK, I guess Rixty was bought by Razer.

But, on conversion, seems there is a cap of 400.

The excess was converted into Pins. But those Pins have expiring dates, which is ILLEGAL here.

In Rixty, my money did not have expiration, it was MY money, and it's illegal to force convert it to Pins with expiring dates.

I opened a ticket but Razer refuses to convert my pins into non expiring ones or to reimburse me.

Doing that is ILLEGAL in Canada, and I want to know how I can fix this.
