Scroll bar not working in icloud | Razer Insider

The scroll bar works in all other places.

But when I enter iCloud, the scroll bar doesn't work at all when I try to move it up or down by clicking the mouse, as indicated by the red box in the attached photo.

I have to move the scroll in the middle of the mouse to move the screen up and down.

But if I want to quickly go up and view all the files because there are a lot of files, I want to press the scroll in the red box with the mouse cursor to look at it.

But that doesn't work and it's very frustrating.

Does anyone know how to solve it?

The symptom is not only when using a laptop, but also when using it connected to a monitor.



I have a Blade 15" and it's a 4K touch screen.
Probably scalling problem.

Right click on the app - go to properties, then click the Compatibility tab.

Under “Settings,” click the Change high DPI settings button. Check the Override system PDI option. Use the drop-down menu to select the behavior (app / system / system improved).

I attached a picture what I did followed by your advice.

But It still have a same problem.



Are you referring to the icloud app for Windows by the app you mentioned?

Note that this symptom is the same in Microsoft Edge.

I think there is something wrong with the Razer 4K monitor.



I would be greatly appreciated any your advice.

What DPI do you currently have set in Windows?

You can try different setting, for eg. application - in many cases this setting helps (at least for me, when using older apps, which are not scalling well if you have different DPI on each monitor).

I'm using two LG 32" 4K monitors and I have my razer laptop's monitor turned off.



Please see the captured photo.

The LG monitor is set to 150% and the Razer is set to 250%.

Is the iCloud scroll bar not clickable because of this difference?
