I've made of transactions recently with razer. two of them said failed but still deducted the money from my bank account. they make it beyond difficult to get this money back. they are in no hurry and think it takes a team to come to any conclusion. you essentially stole from you. either credit my account or refund the money. its how business works. will not use their "service" again.
