Slickwraps seem like they dont know what they are doing.


I wanted to check with them I was ordering the correct wrap so ent to them the model number and their response was 'The model number does not help me understand which device it is.'. Am I missing something are are they inept? LOL! The reason I asked was because their site says the wrap was for late 2016 and my bios says 09/02/2016 which looks like 9th Feb 2019, which is early 2016. Has anyone got any thoughts on this? Ben

whats easier to understand, saying that you own a SM-A530W, or. saying that you own a samsung A8?

The point I was making was that if the model number does not say what the device is what does? Bear in mind their whole business revolves around going people skins that exactly fit specific laptops so their support needs to be very good at identifying which laptop you have. Anyway, they sorted this out and after the initial hiccup, their support was fine. Maybe I was being a bit hard on them,
