Hello, I just bought a Razer Barracadu X, and when I start or pause a video, I hear a small crackling sound lasting about 0.1 seconds. What do you think this is? Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
Do you have any other devices connected to your PC while using your headset besides your mouse and keyboard? You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then send me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
