Dear Friends Good Morning I bought Razer Blackshark V2 X and today I activated the app on windows 11 but the playback 7.1 option does not appear in the sound card option. My laptop is Lenovo Legion and the sound card is Realtek. Also, I attached photos below, Thanks for your support!
