I have a Razer Blackwidow V3 Pro keyboard. I just discovered that the charge is at 0% in the Synapse 4 program on my Windows PC. I've tried switching the USB to different ports and plugging it into a power outlet. I've found a solution! I have the old Synapse installed on my MacBook. As soon as I connected the keyboard to it, the charge immediately reached 100%. I believe this issue can be resolved by connecting to a device with the old Synapse program.
