Hello, I have a Razer Ornata V2 I've had for a few years.
Today, my += and F9 keys both stopped working for my PC. Yet, when I plug the keyboard into a different computer, like my laptop, the keys work there.
Just for the added info, Synapse is installed on my PC, but not on my laptop.
Help would be appreciated, thanks.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you perform a clean uninstall and reinstall of your Synapse by following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the input issue you're currently experiencing.
