[Support] DeathAdderV2 Pro not charging

The smashing actually works been having the problem on 3 occasions but  would suggest to update windows and razors software anyway 

Had the same issue - disassembling the mouse and disconnecting/reconnecting the battery cable seems to have fixed it for me. 

WOW 2 years later with the Deathadder v2 Pro and same problem. Stuck on 5%, works fine plugged in via USB, I made sure windows and razer synapse were both updated, checked optional updates and nothing there. I even downloaded the latest firmware for the specific mouse model and it would not let me get past the part where it says plug your mouse in via USB (it was, the updater just wouldn’t recognize it was plugged in, even though the mouse functioned like normal). 

I did NOT take my mouse apart but I did finally give up and clapped the stupid thing between my hands a couple times and knocked it on my desk on the butt of the mouse ….sure as SCHEIT it’s up to 13% now and climbing ….. the cackle I cacked in my office just now XD when does that ever work.
