HI! I’m using the RAZER KRAKEN V3 X, however, I am unable to install the surround sound. I already tried the basic troubleshooting and checked my connection. still, there’s an error and “SERVICE ACCESS UNAVAILABLE”. pls pls help me

    Same trouble here. I can’t log in. However I even got kicked out and after resetting the passwork, it gives the infinite connection issue.
