Synapse 4 not loading if PC doesn't have internet on boot

As usual Razer's vibe coded untested garbage is at it again.

With my laptop if I don't have a connection on boot, no successive restart of Synapse or anything short of a complete windows reboot will make Synapse detect ANY devices.

Why is this software such?

    im having the same problem, though i always have wired internet connected. sometimes synapse 4 just not detecting any device and trying to re-plug the keyboard(tartarus v2) or restarting any razer service does not help at all, it maybe pop up an installing windows that says i have no internet, which is just plain stupid. only a full pc restart may make it work. 

    my previous razer device was krait, when warcraft 3 was still hot. now i understand why everyone keep saying synapse is a POS and it fkng really is
