Synapse EQ doesn't always work

so I have Synapse 3 version 3.5.630.61222 and a Razer Nari I bought new in January, I like the EQ feature for giving my music extra depth, however, it doesn't seem to always work, regardless of charge level sometimes when clicking on the Music preset or changing any of the sliders will not make a difference to the audio whatsoever, restarting both sMobdroynapse, the headphones, and my PC doesn't seem to fix it either. it seems to be a coinflip chance whether or not it will work. has anyone else encountered this? I got no response asking on the razer insider forums and it would be nice to get more consistency from the software.VidMate
