Sync my Razor colors with my MSI Raider Notebook?

I just bought a MSI GE76 Raider gaming notebook which has RGB lighting effects everywhere. I would like to get my Razor Pad, Mouse Charger effects to sync with the MSI. It uses Steelseries GG software to control all the PC's lighting. Any ideas?

    I also watched a video recently of a pc build where some guy got an MSI motherboard and graphics card, as well as some RAM sticks (which I don’t know the make) to be synced with Razer Chroma, but he didn’t really explain how to do this. So you get an MSI RGB graphics card and connect it to the motherboard obviously, but does the motherboard have to be an MSI one for the RGB to work with Razer Chroma? What slot does the RGB “part” of the graphics card need to occupy in the motherboard
