As I and many others have been experiencing dpad issues with the Tartarus I thought I would post what worked for me.
It seems like there is an issue with the default arrow key binds.
If you use the key recording function when binding the keys it works as normal.
Rebind the dpad to the arrow keys using the key record option in synapse.
