Are you re3plcing the dpad due to failure? I went through 2 myself and came back here to find out if Razer actually addressed the very apparent problem with the Tartarus d-pad. I've since went back to the Nostromo but doesn't have Chroma support and needs synapse 2.0. Would love to know if Razer fixed the issue.
I'm in a similar situation. One of the retaining clips on my D-Pad snapped. They denied my warranty because they don't stock replacement parts. They won't even replace the unit. It sure would be nice if they had replacement parts. Definitely not the best customer service experience I've ever had.
I have the same issue on mine, but instead of the clip breaking, the right switch simply just doesn't click. I have read through 4 years worth of comments and forum posts talking about this same exact issue. It sounds like I have actually been a lucky one with mine lasting about 2 years, and I probably game way more than I should. Most I've read about have failed them within the first year. I find it kinda ridiculous that so many people have had this same issue for this long, and nothing has been addressed. Razer should've released a new model with better switches that will last, or sell the replacement parts by now. It blows my mind that this product doesn't last people more than a couple years, whereas I had one of the original Nostromo speedpad N52 gaming pads that I used since I was 10, before I upgraded to this one and i'm 25 now. I'm perplexed on what to do, on one hand i'm soo pissed off and don't want to give in and purchase another one knowing what is bound to happen to it (I'm sure most of you guys feel the same way). On the other hand i'm a freaking bot when playing with a normal keyboard and can't live without this stinkin product for very long. I'd go back to one of the Norstormo's but they don't have the added row of keys on the top row, which i'm a super fan of.

Sorry for the long rant, but I feel I have wasted 4 hours of my night looking for answers that were never there. While listening to the bros in the background playing Valorant without me 😢 . Razer could of easily addressed this SUPER COMMON issue by now, but for some reason chooses to make their customers suffer.

Have a great night! Imma go take a fat rip and watch some Rick and Morty in my tears! (as i order another new Tartarus)
