The 7.1 Surround Sound program is not working

I downloaded the program from their website, which says it's compatible with Windows 11, but when I try to open it, it won't open. I have the code to validate my application so I can use the program, but if it won't open, I can't enter the code. What can I do to use that option? someone help me?
