I am contacting you regarding an issue with my recently purchased Razer headset. I did not receive the activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.
Additionally, when I try to register the product using my device ID, I receive a message stating that the product has already been registered, even though I purchased it brand new.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and providing me with a valid activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software.
