Thinking About Getting the Naga

Hello all, here recently I have been thinking about getting the Naga (not sure which model yet). I have had a Logitech G600 since 2017 and it still works perfectly fine. I just want less cables and I feel my mouse can be the first to be without one. Anyone here can give me some insight on how they like theirs? Also, there reason I’ve been thinking about the new mouse is because I got a Tartarus a week ago and I’m surprised I haven’t had one this whole time. The things a monster!

Just got the new Naga V3 Pro from the store. 10 minutes of testing and it's going straight in the trash.

The new scroll wheel is absolute BS! Razer quietly removed the absolute best feature of the V2 Pro—the custom scroll wheel haptics in Synapse—and replaced it with a cheap-feeling, mushy wheel. They kept the 'Pro' name and the premium price tag, but massively downgraded the hardware.

The tension on this new wheel is so weak that I can’t even use it in my software. For me, the Naga line has always been for productivity and MMOs, where you need precise, tactile feedback. Instead, the V3 has the weakest, loosest scroll wheel tension of any mouse I’ve ever used.

I can’t post Reddit links here, but I’m not alone on this. Many others are complaining about the exact same thing.

TL;DR for anyone considering the V3: If you need tactile scroll steps, stay away. If your V2 fails—and scroll wheel tension is important to you—try to buy another V2 while you still can. Vote with your wallet!
