I bought Blackshark v2 X, and when i tried activating 7.1 surround boost, i encounter error that the product is already registered

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your BlackShark V2 X registration. Can you let me know where you bought your headset? It's best to reach out to the reseller and take advantage of your warranty to get a replacement since you just purchase your device. This way, you'll be able to register the product and receive the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Just a heads-up: products from unauthorized dealers might be used or not genuine. You can check Razer's list of authorized resellers to make sure your device is the real deal.
