The following link is about the THX spatial audio support, in which THX audio does support for NARI essential. https://www.razer.com/p/RZ11-13000-0001 To confirm that you have the THX spatial driver Go to Control Panel -> Device Manager Under Audio inputs and outputs, check that you have THX Spatial driver If this is all set, than it is an issue with the COD Cold War game

I have the THX SPATIAL, on my PC , It's OK for Call Of Duty Modern Warfare, But not available for , Call of Duty Cold War.. I can't choose the THX competitive effect for this game, only Dolby ...??? Sorry for my bad ENglish.

So after reading the following article, I think the 3D audio is embedded on to the game https://gamerant.com/call-of-duty-black-ops-cold-war-3d-audio-system/ Unless Activision have not added 3D audio on PC platform So you must try enable to the 3D audio feature by tweaking the audio settings in the game. But usually the 3D audio features are enabled by default as long as you have a headphone that supports 3D spatial audio (THX). I have watched few videos on YouTube and I can't find references to THX Spatial audio on the game. The only reference I can find is to improve the "footstep sound". So whether this is a false advertising, I am not sure. Since I do not have the game.

Yes it is in fact false advertising. The only sound that COD Cold War recommends and supports is Dolby.
