Greetings, I’ve upgraded from Blackshark V2 to V2 Pro, noticed updates and changes. Had to download THX Spatial software separately, but when I go to calibration, I only hear sound from 2 directions only. Is it headphones problem or software? And how it may be fixed? Thanks in advance!

THX Spatial calibration
Okay I just noticed that when I change from Speakers (THX Spatial) to Speakers (2- Razer BlackShark V2 Pro) I get to hear 5 out of 7 directions. Thoes that mean THX is broken atm?

This happened to me too, i use a kraken ultimate and after this update my windows output to THX spatial audio has gone, the THX accuracy calibration too. The THX only works properly in game ho had THX competitive mode and don't feel the same, it's like the sound has coming from a cup, isn't clear and having there sound response ho had after the update wen i feel the sound coming for every direction.
