community engagement! would also be nice to have more giveaways

Giveaway are always neat, but I would like to see more of Content and Community engagements.
Support forum is nice to help people in need, but in my opinion it dominates too much here on Insider.
Right

id like the shipping to europe to be a little less expensive expecially for those items that are not high priced such as mask,, sneki etc
The reason for the high cost may be because it's express shipping. For Australia, it says it's economy shipping, but it's definitely express. I've ordered twice, and it arrived very fast both times (it was physically labelled as express). No idea why the website says economy.
Community engagement, Giveaways and content would be so nice.
An iPhone app for Silver!

I would like to see better software development. Currently Razer Synapse is a complete joke.
It starts always when windows starts and there is no way to turn it off.
As you can see in the video. From the time I start my computer to the time Razer launches is a whopping 3 minutes and 15 seconds. Thats absurd. I am well into watching videos or doing reports for work and tehn have this intrusive dashboard pop up. I went through multiple support technicians and they couldnt figure out how to make it not pop up when windows starts. There was even a check box for it and that check box did NOTHING.
So yeah.. I would like to see better software programming..
AND... better product quality. So far every single Tartarus V2 owner I have talked to has an issue with keys that think they are being held down when they are not. The issue stops once you press the button again and the issue as a whole only happens maybe 2 or 3 times per gaming session. But it shouldnt happen at all. Period. If these products are made "by gamers for gamers" then any gamer would know this is not acceptable. This issue should be addressed and anyone with a razer Tartarus V2 should be able to send theirs in to get a free replacement.
More Hyperspeed tech and improvement in USB multi hub interface~~~
I think giveaways are a great way to give back to the community, but I'd also like to see more spotlight of setups from different people (maybe with prizes??), cool mods or tuned peripherals, in general an easier way to see user generated content.
Fireflyv2 extended or Goliatus chroma extended withmultizone led it's quite some time it was relesed and on the web no-name brands made such mat.
It's true that I miss the giveaways I knew some years ago.
And I'd lie telling that I don't want more Silvers.
I may have missed them, but I'd really like to see buying guides for Razer's peripherals, like "wich keyboard is made for you ?".
And honestly I'd love that some people don't sign in on Insider just so they can complain about the problem they encounter.
I feel that to the non advertised eye (sorry for the clumsy translation of french) it gives a bad image of Razer.
Dekades
Insiders!
This week's Thread of the Week is an easy one.
What would you like to see more out of Insider? Promos? Giveaways? Content? Community engagement? Support? I'd love to know. This isn't a promise or anything, but it is crucial for me to know what, why and how awesome people such as yourself visit Insider. I appreciate the time you spend here and every little bit of data helps.
Speak freely, let me know, I'm all ears.
There will be no random silver giveaway this week. I'll choose the responses I find super constructive and useful.
Thanks!

I want to see some speakers, tv's, somethings like needs.
Of course, more silvers for the poor. And additionally some more interactive things.
more silver and games at paid to play pc and mobile.
I would really like to see more articles on product comparisons. I've seen the one on mice and keyboards, but what about headsets (maybe I missed it)?
I've recently looked at getting a Razer headset, but with so many models I don't know what to choose. The Razer website has helped, as it shows that for PC, the Blackshark V2 range and Kraken range are optimised for said platform. While Kraken for Console suits all those 3 consoles, Thresher for Playstation, and Kaira for Xbox, Hammerhead and Opus for mobile, but what about the Nari, Thresher TE and Tiamat?
One particular retailer I've looked at listed the Blackshark V2 X as an Xbox One headset, which kind of makes sense, because it requires the (included) cable splitter to be used for PC, but it adds to the confusion (not exactly Razer's fault).
This is not what I want to see in the future.....
I would like to see Razer Silver and Razer Gold be given out more often.
Oh, interesting... ;-
Hello Friends, Hello Kitty ^ _ ^
Many of us signed up early for Zsilvers and freebies.
Because we all love freebies.
We learned that Razer is a brand that is close to gamers, Esport, streaming, influencers and Insiders community.
I really like all events that Razer organizes (Squad rewards, Razer Store Live, Razer Invitational ...)
#MadewithBlade was very interesting.
We find out about your partners, how they use Razer Blade laptop in their daily lives, and why they love it so much.
Hope we find out a lot of other people.
Maybe we will also discover more video on rescue of trees and sea.
Finally, Congratulations Razer for all new Razer Customs licenses.
I can't wait to discover your new custom peripherals. ^ _ ^

razer store in ma town
get in line bro! Who doesn't want that amirite?
More Giveaways!!!
More content, such as tech/gaming news, not exclusively from the company.
I think we all start off in the Insider Forum to chase the zSilver. I mean that's the primary gateway that most of us only learn about the forum. But somewhere along the line the SIlver just becomes a part of it. All of a sudden you're making new friends, having engagements with other members and learning from each other. What a great global platform to engage with others that have the same common interest as you.
I thoroughly enjoy the featured articles and the opportunity to help others with their queries when I can. For some this has become nothing other than an unofficial Support platform as I see a lot of people being answered before official support even engages with them, which is the purpose a forum community right.
SO for me, more community engagement opportunities.
And secondly, active members on here are the Razer advocates, we're the guys that have social media wars with other fanboys saying why other brands aren't as great as Razer. Some rewards and recognition for our efforts would go a long way. And not talking about 100 Silver here and there, but some form of rewarding for continued efforts (that don't expire). Maybe in the form of refurbished peripherals at discounted rates, or promo giveaways for certain milestones?
Thanks for the forum
@Dekades - though I'm quite new, I have been enjoying the weekly articles and interacting with this awesome community
The giveaways are fun and incentivizing but I now enjoy reading everyone's comments and seeing the different opinions of the Razer community. It makes me appreciate how supportive this community is.
Good contents, Community Engagement and of course prizes/raffles! Wooo hooo!
