Trying to get 7.1 Surround sound

So uhm. I purchased my Razer headset. Kraken V3 X. And I don’t exactly remember the Date of Purchase. I need a little help. A little context. A few months ago. I don’t exactly remember the date. Me and my mother went up to Walmart and purchased the Headset I use. And as a 15 year old. I don’t exactly have a credit card. Surprise. And she purchased the Headset. But now.
