I just bought a brand new "Razer Cynosa Lite – Essential Gaming Keyboard" but when I open Razer Synapse it doesn't show the keyboard and when I try to open its settings to disable windows key or anything else, I'm unable to

Troubleshooting steps done:
1. Closed Razer Synapse from services and tray icon
2. Cleaned computer system %temp% files
3. Uninstalled Razer Synapse software
4. Unplugged all my external devices
5.Uninstalled/removed all my Razer related drivers
6. Restarted PC
7. Reinstalled Razer Synapse
8. Launched Razer Synapse
9. Reconnected Razer external devices
10. Tried lo launch keyboard configuration again, issue persists

Uninstall Synapse, uninstall all peripherals via Device manager, use CCleaner to cleanup windows & registry. After os reboot install Synapse 3 again.
