Unable to connect Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed using bluetooth?

Userlevel 2
I got the mouse about 2 weeks ago and it worked perfectly fine. yesterday I tried to connect it to my pc using Bluetooth and it kept saying to try connecting again I tried to connect it with my mac and same thing it just would not connect. I tried to replace the battery with no success and updating the firmware. nothing worked. 2.4 works fine but no matter what I do it just won't connect using BT. can someone help please?
thanks!

Its Easy to connect via bluetooth switch to bluetooth on mouse and go to add bluetooth devices and there it will be there and importantly you have to hold dpi mouse button and 4 & 5 simenteniusy to enter pairing mode for 3 seconds then blue light will blink

it (the mouse) rejects the connection , that's the error i receive.

Pressing buttons 4&5 on my mouse doesn't go into pairing mode(no blinking blue led), but pressing 4,5 and left click does. once this happens I get "DfuBasilisk" in my Bluetooth list, but after pairing it, the mouse does not still work in Bluetooth

Guys I had the same problem but managed to fix it!
I kept trying to connect the mouse over BT, but couldn't trigger the pairing mode and neither my Dell 7577 laptop or my OnePlus 7 Pro saw it in BT.
I just changed the battery to a full one (rechargeble) and suddently it worked! I saw the 2 blue lights then I tried to update also the BT part of the mouse and it also worked.
So, I guess you must try different batteries until pairing works! Using the same battery nothing worked, I tried it several times.

I think you are right about the battery. The positive side of battery connector doesn't seem to be connecting the battery very well. But once its connected by pushing the metal piece slightly towards the battery. Everything works.
My mouse does not want to turn on and I tried getting it connected to bluetooth and it did not work at all, can anyone help me.
make sure your device has bluetooth 5
try pairing with non-rechargable battery in mouse
I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this yet or not but have been having this issue for almost 6 months until I realized I had, once very briefly, connected my Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed to my IPad via bluetooth. And had quickly forgotten about it. But my iPad was always on my desk, next to my mouse. So it would turn on and connect to the iPad, apparently, and just wouldn't go back into pairing mode for some reason. Turning off Bluetooth on my iPad fixed the issue...hope it helps someone.
