Unable to pre-order Hanbo and Katana?

Out of the 4 new PC components that were announced yesterday, you can pre-order all of them except the PSU and AIO cooler. Is this intentional or a webmaster error? Even before when a new item was posted, it would state 'Notify me" if it wasn't released yet. I'm just curious because I'm about to build another rig.
