Updated to windows 11 & now headphones wont work

Hi so I updated my pc to Windows 11 and for some reason my headphones don't work anymore. They aren't Bluetooth, I'm pretty sure they're the Razer BlackShark V2, they plug in and I've checked the area where you change the output and it's just my monitors speakers! Please help

    Hey aeroCongoPinksource986,

    Let me check on your headset. Can you reinstall your headset drivers by following the steps below? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.

    1. Open the "Device Manager".
    2. Expand "Audio inputs and outputs".
    3. Right-click the headset and select "Uninstall device".
    4. Restart the computer to fully remove the drivers. They will automatically reinstall upon restart.
