today i got my hands on a razer headset (blackshark v2 x), as well as a usb audio controller.
it runs smoothly right until i have to open a game or discord vc. the audio cuts off and even freezes my pc for a split second with a loud ear popping noise that really hurts; it does this every 30 seconds or so repeatedly. is this because the two devices are incompatible or could this be a driver issue?

Does the issue persist when you connect the headset directly to your 3.5 mm port? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the audio issue.
