I bought the BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed, but I feel that the mic quality and sound volume are lower over the dongle connection than when using it via the USB cable. Also, I hear crackling sounds from the mic when listening to recordings in wireless mode!? What should I do somebody faced the same issue?
