V3 Pro Headset registration issues

Hi all, I can only apologise if this question has been asked many times before, I have tried to register my headset, but the product number is not being recognised, i have tried to make contact with razer on their chat facility, but the button is greyed out so i cannot, i am trying to setup up the headset to use the pc dashboard  so i can  changes settings etc, I have the app setup on my iphone., is there anything else i can do please.

Let me help you with your headset. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and provide the correct product number?
