Very Poor Product Line-Up/Availability for Razer Headphones in India

Since last 2 month I am searching for a wireless gaming headset for my PC and specifically a Razer branded headphones.

And after a lot of calling, searching each and very local or online stores what do I find in the Wireless Category: the barebones Razer Nari Essential.

Upon calling the only authorized distributor for Razer products here in India (Acro Engg) they said only Essential model is available there, they dont have the Nari/Nari Ultimate here in India nor they are sure if these will come to India in the near future. So, I told them if I get it from US will the warranty apply here, they said NO! You wont get warranty cover if you get the product from US.

This baffles me that in this day and age where most of the electronic gadgets are first launched here in India then they launch it everywhere else, here Razer is no even providing the whole lineup for purchase here in India. Infact they dont even have a dedicated website for India. We are at the mercy of the distributor (Acro Engg) here.

Is this how Razer company expecting to get Cult following?

Just created this ID to share my thought over here so that Razer can do something if they want to grow.

Anyways, now I have no option but to get some other brand wireless headsets for my PC.

While I understand your sentiments, we currently do not ship to your region due to a multitude of reasons that even I am not qualified to talk about. I am sure that this is already in the works, but things like these aren't something that can be addressed within the borders of Razer Insider. That said, I will have to lock the thread for violating the House Rules.

Non-constructive/Hate Posting
Speculation, especially when it is negative and untrue, tend to incite flaming and trolling – if an issue deserves an official word, it will be communicated. Baseless speculation and the encouraging of such conversations is prohibited.

Non-constructive posting can also include threads that are created demanding specific answers/dates/results that exclude public participation e.g., “When are winners announced?,” “When is Feature X arriving?” Outside from official Razer staff communications, there is no way for the public to contribute to these non-constructive and speculative conversations in a meaningful manner. Such threads will be moderated accordingly.
