Since I installed Windows 11 after 10 version on my 2021 Razer Blade 15 Advanced model rz09-0367x (nvidia rtx3070 mobile gpu), I have been experiencing blue screens with the message 'Video Memory Management Internal' and Kernel Power source issue on event viewer, even when the computer is doing nothing. I have also noticed that, compared to before, the fans are running loudly even when the computer is not performing any major tasks.
I have tried all the solutions I found online, such as reinstalling the graphics drivers, cleaning the registry via CMD, and even formatting the laptop, but the problem persists. I can't even figure out the pattern of when it happens.
Below, I am sharing the minidump files of the most recent error:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iikD4WHQ5SwrfmLBSA0WrLy2pj1tVCrT/view?usp=sharing
I analyzed all the minidumb files via windbg and the problem seems to be:
FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: 0x10e_2d_dxgmms2!VIDMM_PAGE_TABLE_BASE::GetCpuVisibleAddress
Any ideas how to solve it?
Thanks,
Andrea
