I am not sure what you are trying to ask. Most people "capture" video using cameras. Now days, you can even use a quality cell phone if you work with the light. Then import the video to a computer and edit it with an editor. I like Adobe Premiere, but there are many choices out there. https://www.pcmag.com/roundup/291335/the-best-video-editing-software https://www.tomsguide.com/us/best-video-editing-software,review-2167.html

I tryed many progs to capture ingame clips in the past moths. One of the is OBS Broadcaster its almost endless options to setup your recording or stream were a bit to much for me,maybe my Pc specs are just to low to play BFV with 120+fps and cap the screen or i just failed to cetup the correct config. But the last app i tryed was in my case the best. Nvidia's Ingame Overlay, its very easy to configure provides good to awsome clip qualy And has moderate system requirements. Atm i use an AMD 9590 and a 1080ti and a almost get close to 100 ingame fps while capturing medium qually 60 fps vids.

You can use Bandicam Pro or Camtasia Studio. They are both easy to use and cracked
