What is the difference between the Razer Base Stations with different part numbers?

Looking in the Razer Store, there are two different black base stations with Chroma. P/N: RC21-01190400-R3U1 and P/N RC21-01190100-R3M1 One is sold out, the other isn't. What is the difference? Thanks
