What would you like to see next from Razer?

That was done in the past but yes we need bankers reports to see if we can hire a team to keep software updated for new version  or a why to convert the software.   I think a Mac team would  be best but will it be profitable.   It be nice if they added software into Mac themselves.  That or better support for hardware not sold by Apple. 

Great idea i love to see these custom option available to customers.  I not sure i want to stock all those option. But would definitely be interested in offering them as a custom order for custom setup.   But would take time to setup for sure.  Be nice option to offer as a custom build. But we still fighting about switches being available for some models. 

At this point it might have to be a separate company Razer supports. 

Controller Docks/Charging Stations for the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controllers! The fact that nothing like this was ever made for the first console is insane, from ANY reputable company! Please Razer, make this happen!!!

Hello i was wondering if blade 18 customers like me are going to get fan curves, gpu overclock or performance metrics like in the blade 2025 synapse 4? I would like to have that option like many other laptop competitors already have

I had the Razer Krait about 15 years ago, and it was the perfect mouse – slim design, ideal for larger hands, with no extra thumb buttons that you accidentally click all the time. After that, I had to make do with the Abyssus mice, but they were never as good as the Krait. And the DeathAdder? After half an hour, my hand starts to hurt.

What’s missing is a simple, functional mouse that fits the hand right. A premium mouse for the working class – no unnecessary gimmicks. The Krait was exactly that.

I’m sure a lot of people would love it if Razer brought the Krait back. A Krait 2.0 for those who value minimalism and functionality, without all the extra fluff.

So, what do you think? Maybe it’s worth considering.

Please bring back a Quartz Laptop! My Razer Blade 15 is about 5 years old and I need an upgrade. I need a matching aluminum body with my Quartz products. I’m not interested in a skin. 

How about actual customer service or working products? How about responding to customers in a timely fashion instead of literally waiting till their warranty expires? How about not being a scammy company. Can you try incorporating some of that next?

Please, bring back profile switch notifications back in Synapse 4 ! Either as an option or provide us some API so we can build on it if it’s an issue !

It’s really important to know which profile you’re currently using.

Also, an option to disable cloud sync your profile would be handy, this often causes issues somehow.

In 2022, I had a motorcycle accident. My left arm was severely injured and had to be amputated. After a long period of depression, I eventually accepted that life goes on. I tried many different ways to discover what I could do with only one arm.

Currently, I am traveling with my caravan, which I built myself. Later on, I bought a computer and started playing Counter-Strike, even though I had never played it before until the age of 28. I am a big Razer fan. I use a Razer chair, keyboard, and my beloved Razer Naga Hyperspeed mouse to play Faceit matches. I am not doing too badly, and I have taken on the role of IGL for my team. I really love my mouse, but it does not fit my hand perfectly. I assigned all my keyboard functions through Synapse. Around the world, there are almost no mice designed specifically for amputee gamers. That is why I would like to ask for support from Razer — from you. I know that Razer listens to its customers and cares about them. Could Razer possibly start a project related to this?

Worldwide, I have only been able to find a single type of mouse designed for one-handed gaming. 

I prefer not to mention the brand name, but the only device I found is produced using a 3D printer. What I truly want is the quality and reliability of Razer.
