I have a Ornata v3, which has low profile keys.
I would like to buy replacment keycaps as several keys have snapped off (the white plastic bits have snapped from the backs of the keys).
The Razer PBT Keycap Upgrade Set does not fit this keyboard.
Can someone please link a store page, amazon link, some rando on Etsy with 3d printer, or something that sells the CORRECT replacement key caps for this keyboard?
Or has anybody had any success gluing the white key lugs back together?
Not possible, because they’re using their own stem design (which is NOT compatible with cherry mx style).
So it’s not possible for someone to 3d print replacement key caps? Does this “stem design”, whatever that means, have a name? Maybe then I’d know what to search for on Ebay or Alibaba.
Is there a RAZER page that clearly states which RAZER keycaps are compatible with which RAZER keyboard ranges, and what type of “stem design” each one uses?

It is possible to 3d print, but you need make own project of a compatible keycap (or 3d scan it). And no, there’s no 3rd party ornata keycaps. You could buy only some damaged ornata keyboard and swap keys.
Razer Blackwidow & Razer Huntsman series have cherry MX compatible stem design, so there are a lot of keycap options (both from Razer and 3rd party companies).
f***ing awesome! So I have to steal those in some store if mine are broken/damaged?
Funny I ran across this topic, as I’m currently arguing with Razer Support over this issue. My keyboard is still under warranty and only a few months old, and the Up Arrow keycap broke off the same way. While still arguing with Razer Support for over a week, tonight my B keycap did the same thing! This is obviously a manufacturing issue, and with someone else also experiencing it, that only proves it further. If Razer continues to not honor their own warranty, I will be seeking legal action myself over this, and I suggest anyone stuck in the same boat do the same. With Razer making their own products, it isn’t exactly hard for them to ship out a few keycaps to affected customers when the products they warranty fail on their own. In fact, it’s more than reasonable to do that considering they mass-produce the parts to build the products as demand necessitates it.
I’ve had the same issue as well. The plastic white bit on the back snapped. It’s cheap and flimsy and their “warranty” won’t cover that either. It’s ridiculous that you can’t buy or get replacement key caps from the manufacturer..

I'm now up to 10 keycaps snapped off while still under warranty. Razer will only offer for me to ship the keyboard to them at my own cost so they can send me a used replacement through their RMA program. Seriously thinking about finding a lawyer at this point...
Just had key number 11 pop off. I feel like this is deserving of a class-action lawsuit.
I just bought a replacement Ornata V3 in September 2024 and the ESC key just snapped off. If you sue, let me know. Anyone have any suggestions for a similar (low profile) keyboard cause I am about ready to switch brands.
Well, I’m up to 13 key caps snapped off so far!
Unfortunately, the Razer Ornata V3 uses a specific low-profile key mechanism, and most standard keycap sets, like the Razer PBT Upgrade Set, won’t fit.
For replacements, check out third-party stores like KBDfans or NovelKeys, as they may offer low-profile compatible keycap sets. You can also try Etsy for custom or 3D-printed options, but ensure they're compatible with the Ornata's low-profile switches.
As for gluing, it's not a reliable long-term fix, as it can affect key feel and functionality. Replacing the keycaps or switches entirely would be a better solution.
Unfortunately it doesn't look like anyone makes replacements for these because of their design. Razer is definitely selling a faulty product and it is well known. I lost all respect for them over this mess, and I was a die-hard fan and customer for many years. Definitely not anymore!
I agree. My speakers, knock on wood, are ok so far but with the non replaceable keys and now my Viper mouse dying it’s time to move on. Good luck everyone!
Your Viper mouse too, huh? Funny timing because I just noticed issues with the wireless function failing on mine! It definitely seems like a sign. Even my new wireless Razer headset has had issues since day one. A Kraken Kitty BT Edition v1 I bought for someone new a few years back has been nothing but a problem too. Razer has definitely gone down the drain...
