Looking for a headset to gift a 9yo, they mostly play on iPad (Roblox, codm, brawl stars) and steam deck. I’m thinking of getting an adapter for headphone jack to usb c, and saw the kraken X being recommended. The Kraken V3 is also on sale at my local store

+1Kraken V3 is USB only, so I wouldn’t recommend it for iPad.
Check Razer Barracuda line - it’s wireless, it have it’s own dongle or you can use it via Bluetooth.
