Why does a company as large as Razer have no support team?


I won a free product and it won't even ship. It just stays stuck in the received status. Thank God I didn't actually pay for this because this forum seemingly run by customers is the only outlet for getting help. No email, no phone number, no chat. Just a bunch of completely useless FAQ and this place.

 

I'm simply amazed that Razer is even still around with no one helping. It's like buying something from a homeless guy on a corner and hoping for the best. I don't even want the product anymore. You should know you have such a major problem with no infrastructure though. 

 

I hope you get your act together in the very near future or you won't have any customers to rely on anymore.
