I’ve spent over 12K USD on razer and they can’t offer the tiny little crumbs they promised me that is razer silver.
I preordered a blade18 5090 and realized my account was disenrolled in razer silver. I’ve HAD this account since 2014 and remember having a TON of expired silver before. Because I re-enrolled for razer silver an hour after purchase, I emailed them and they ASSURED me that razer silver comes out and pends 14 days AFTER delivery.
2 months after preorder it is delivered. 20 days later no silver. They replied to my inquiry 3 times stating that my account isn’t eligible for the silver because it wasn’t enrolled at the time of purchase. BUT they assured me it would start counting AFTER DELIVERY.
Mind you this is $4,770 at TIER 2 worth of silver which is actually worth a tiny chew toy from them.
They just outright refuse to deliver on their promise no matter how much documentation and screenshots I’ve sent them. They just won’t bother, and 14 days is outside of the return date and I cannot return this stupid overpriced laptop.
Why does this company have so much disdain and disrespect for their long time users and higher yield spenders?
